Fittest On the farm - Solo

Fittest on the Farm: Solo is a brand-new individual event for anyone who wants to challenge themselves and give it a go. You’ll take on three 15-minute workouts, with 5 minute to recover between each one, and every rep you earn counts. It’s not about being the fastest or beating everyone else — it’s about showing up, putting the work in, and seeing what you’re capable of. With male and female categories, age groups, and a supportive crowd around you, it’s a proper day on the farm where effort matters, everyone belongs, and you’ll leave proud of what you’ve done.
Our Pairs workout is a of 10 functional stations that test your endurance. Our outdoor event offers a unique experience like no other. We accommodate all fitness levels who want to test their training to new levels. All movements are low skill.
